NFL Rumors: Indianapolis Colts Punter Sanchez Suffers Torn Achilles

Indianapolis Colts punter Rigoberto Sanchez suffered a potential torn Achilles in practice today, sources told NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.

Further testing is to be done but the Colts are bracing for an unfortunate season ending injury. Indianapolis will likely need to find another punter to replace Sanchez, who has played the position for the last five seasons and has handled kickoffs as well.

The Colts do not have another designated player for that position as of Tuesday and will need to find one quickly before their season tips off against the Houston Texans on September. 11th.
