Houston Texans Release Linebacker
The Houston Texans have released Jordan Jenkins from their roster. He will now be a free agent because of it.
Jenkins spent this past season with the Texans, where he appeared in 11 games and recorded 2.5 sacks and 20 combined tackles. He was heading into this campaign with the hope of receiving more playing time from Houston, but now that, unfortunately, will not be happening with this roster move.
Jenkins could get some interest in the free agent market when looking at his NFL experience. In 83 career games, he has 25.0 sacks and 209 combined tackles.
