Dolphins Sign Super Bowl Winning Pass Rusher

The Miami Dolphins have made some splashy moves this off-season, and while others have been to help out young QB Tua Tagovailoa, the latest move comes in search of getting to opposing Quarterbacks. With so much talent in the secondary and linebacker group, the Dolphins pass rush, while talented, is certainly still young, but the latest signing gives them the experience and talent they may need to compete in the incredibly tough AFC in 2022.

Trey Flowers has been a very successful pass rusher for the Patriots and Lions over the years, winning two Super Bowl's with Tom Brady, all while racking up 31.5 sacks over his 7-year career (his rookie year he only played one game), and now will head back to the AFC East after being in Detroit for the past three seasons.

According to NFL Insider Ian Rapoport, the deal is for 1-year, $2.1 million, but with incentives, Flowers can earn up to $3 million, and it's safe to say that this is a great deal, and may turn out to be one of the best in this entire off-season if he can produce like he's shown he can before.
