The Detroit Lions are releasing Jarrad Davis from their roster.
This is a little bit of a surprise, as Davis was brought back to Detroit with the expectation that he would be competing for a starting job. However, as we now inch closer to the regular season, he has been let go by the Lions.
In 64 career games over his five-year career, Davis has recorded 330 combined tackles to go along with 10.5 sacks.
