Cleveland Browns Waive Wide Receiver

The Cleveland Browns have waived Derrick Dillon from their roster.

This is certainly tough news for Dillon, as he was aiming to cement himself as an NFL player with the Browns. Instead, he will now have to find a new home elsewhere given this recent development.

Dillon spent his collegiate career at LSU, where he appeared in 51 total games. During them, he recorded four touchdowns, 634 receiving yards, and 51 receptions. Teams looking for a bit more depth at wide receiver could give Dillon a call, but time will tell what ends up occurring on that front.
