Fitzpatrick played sixteen games last season and recorded a forced fumble, 2 interceptions, and 124 tackles.
Fitzpatrick was drafted eleventh overall by the Miami Dolphins and was traded to the Steelers in early 2019 for picks, including a first rounder.
The young safety is a two-time All-Pro. He has appeared in 64 career games and has recorded 13 picks and 352 tackles. Fitzpatrick is considered among the best defensive players in the league. His new contract all but ensures four more years of solid defense in Pittsburgh.
