Steelers Sign Safety
The Pittsburgh Steelers have signed Damontae Kazee to a one-year contract.
Kazee spent the 2021 season as a member of the Dallas Cowboys. In 17 games with the team, he recorded 52 combined tackles to go along with two interceptions. Overall, he saw a good chunk of playing time, and now he will be hoping to be a starter for Pittsburgh in 2022.
Kazee will provide the Steelers with a bit more experience at the safety position. In 69 career games between the Atlanta Falcons and Cowboys, he has 251 combined tackles and 12 interceptions. It will be intriguing to see how these stats change next season for him.
