NFL Rumors: Veteran DL Begins Comeback Attempt

Marcell Dareus is beginning a comeback attempt, as the retired defensive lineman is currently working out for the Baltimore Ravens.

Dareus last played in the NFL during the 2019 season with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Although it's been a while since he played professionally, there's reason to believe that he could successfully make a comeback. He carries a pretty strong resume, and the truth is in his stats. In 121 career games between the Bills and Jaguars, he has 365 combined tackles and 37.5 sacks. With that, he also is a two-time Pro Bowler and one-time All-Pro.

Alas, it will be intriguing to see if anything comes from Dareus working out with the Ravens.
