NFL Rumors: 2 Teams Linked To James Bradberry

The New York Giants are expected to release James Bradberry by the end of this week. Once it officially comes to fruition, the Washington Commanders and Philadelphia Eagles are expected to pursue him.

The Giants have been trying to find Bradberry a new home all offseason, but his $21,863,889 cap hit for the 2022 season has kept teams away from acquiring him. However, once his expensive cap hit is off the books, it will make sense for Washington, Philadelphia, and all other teams to consider the veteran.

In 17 games during the 2021 season, Bradberry had 47 combined tackles to go along with four interceptions. Overall, it was another solid year for him, but the Giants' money trouble made a move inevitable. Now, we will have to wait and see if the Commanders or Eagles successfully land the one-time Pro Bowler.
