Eagles Sign 2 Quarterbacks
With the NFL Draft completed, we are going to see plenty of undrafted players sign with teams. The Philadelphia Eagles are one team who have done just that, as they have signed quarterbacks Carson Strong and EJ Perry to contracts.
Strong just completed his fourth season with the University of Nevada. Overall, he put together a strong campaign, as he threw 36 touchdowns and 4,175 yards in just 12 games with the team. When looking at the year he had, it is understandable that the Eagles are willing to give him a shot. Perhaps if he develops well from here, he could see a good chunk of game action later down the road.
Perry is an interesting signing, too. Although he likely would be there for extra depth, it definitely isn't a bad thing to take a look at another young QB. His 2021 season with Brown University was quite impressive, as he threw 23 touchdowns and 3,033 yards in 10 games and was named Ivy League Player of the Year.
