Commanders Sign Offensive Guard
The Washington Commanders have signed Trai Turner to a one-year, $3 million contract.
Turner definitely has the potential to be a solid addition to the Commanders' roster. He is a veteran who comes with a lot of overall experience and has put together a strong career in the process. He has played in 110 career games between the Carolina Panthers, Los Angeles Chargers, and Pittsburgh Steelers. With that, he is also a five-time Pro Bowler, so he has had some true moments of excellence.
The Commanders are looking to become more competitive in 2022, so adding a player like Turner makes sense for them. All NFL teams need to have mentors on their roster, so we will have to wait and see how this signing impacts them from here.
