Steelers Re-Sign Safety
The Pittsburgh Steelers have re-signed Terrell Edmunds to a one-year contract.
Edmunds has played each of the last four seasons with the Steelers. In 64 career games with the team, he has 340 combined tackles to go along with 3.0 sacks. He is also coming off of a solid 2021 campaign, too, as he started in all 17 games. During them, he had 89 combined tackles and 1.0 sacks.
The Steelers selected Edmunds in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft and for the most part, he has developed into a reliable part of their defense. It will be intriguing to see how the 25-year-old performs in what will be his fifth NFL season. Here's to hoping it's a breakout year for the Danville-native.
