The Bengals are in a position where they certainly should be looking to add to their roster. After making it all the way to the Super Bowl championship, it's clear that they are a team on the rise. They have a star in the making with Joe Burrow, but now is the time for them to look to give him more weapons. It's hard to find a more notable tight end than Gronkowski to provide them with that.
With Tom Brady retiring, there's certainly a chance that Gronkowski will leave the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Bengals certainly should be an alluring spot for most free agents in general, as their playoff run was very good.
In 12 games this season, Gronk had six touchdowns, 55 receptions, and 802 total yards. Overall, he is still a very good player, so there should be plenty of interest in him around the league. Now, the Buffalo Bills have some known competition in the sweepstakes with the Bengals.
